But even the most skilled business needs a strong visual identity to match the quality of its services. Salon L’s previous logo no longer reflected who they had become, so we decided it was time for a refresh.

We wanted to avoid the classic trap of using hair scissors or brushes — elements that are heavily overused in the hair & beauty industry (yes, their former logo featured a pair of scissors too). Instead, the direction focused on the premium, effortless feeling clients experience the moment they step inside.

The result? A refined, elegant wordmark paired with a flowy, expressive L, subtly inspired by strands of hair in motion — modern, elevated, and true to the brand’s character.
